Dune: Part Three uses 5-perf 65mm, 15-perf IMAX and digital for different jobs
Dune: Part Three is easy to reduce to one line: Denis Villeneuve is shooting on film. The actual pipeline is more useful. Linus Sandgren is combining conventional 65mm film, 15-perf IMAX capture and digital photography, with Arrakis itself deliberately remaining on the digital side.
